2. Terms and Conditions (T&C)

T&C Policy

2.1. Initial Term. The term of the business Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall expire after completing the contractual period thereafter (“Initial Term”), unless terminated earlier or extended in accordance with Section 2.2 below.

2.2. Renewal. This Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods after the expiration of the Initial Term (each a “Renewal Period”), unless either party provides the other party written notice of non-renewal at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Period. All charges, terms and conditions in effect during the final six (6) months of the Initial Term (or the then-current Renewal Period) shall remain in effect during the subsequent Renewal Period except as otherwise mutually agreed by the parties in writing. The Initial Term and all Renewal Periods are collectively referred to herein as the “Term”.

3. Pricing

Pricing Policy

As consideration for the Services and for all of Service Provider’s activities in connection with the Agreement, each month during the Term and any Termination/Expiration Assistance period, Service Provider shall charge Customer, and Customer shall pay Service Provider.  There is Consent or similar fees for introducing new Third Party Software in accordance with the applicable Change Control Procedures agreed mutually.

  • A monthly service fee.
  • A Quarterly service fee.
  • A Half-yearly service fee.
  • A yearly service fee.
  • Service fee for any other contractual period.
  • In addition to the fee mentioned above + 18% GST Applicable (as per Government of India GST policy at GST Website for Software).
  • Cost Reviews: The initial cost review will be at the end of contractual period of the Term looking back on costs for the Services rendered for the contractual period in order to project the costs for Services in next contractual period of the Term.
  • Fairness of Pricing: The parties acknowledge that the pricing set forth herein is equal to fair market value and that the Agreement, taken as a whole, is commercially reasonable.

4. Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We offer product or services or both in digital format as downloadable, installable, and executable. Order processing time depends upon the type of entities to be sold as per pricing defined and agreed mutually between service provider and customer. Downloadable asset is delivered immediately once payment is successful. Downloadable asset is delivered to customer email address. Other product or service or both is delivered as the agreed contract as per pricing defined and agreed. Other product or service or both is delivered to address mentioned in the contract. The order is tracked through our dedicated support services. The same delivery methodology is applicable to both domestic and international purchases.

5. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

The cusomers have the right to cancel this contract, without reason, within 15 days of placing the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you are required to inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter,  email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the end of the cancellation notice period, communicating that you are exercising your right of cancellation.

Outcomes of Cancellation: Should you cancel this contract, you will lose your booking as initial cost incurred for the proposed business agreement or service level agreement of the contract as per T & C. If we have already received payment from you within the cancellation period deadline, you will be reimbursed for this payment immediately and no later than 15 days from the date of our receipt of your cancellation notice. Unless agreed with you otherwise, we will use the same method of payment for reimbursement that you us.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Refund Policy

We offer services in software and application. We offer digital downloadable product and software. Our Return and Refund Policy governs as below,

If the customer or individual one has any issue and has not satisfied with service or product or software, there may be other options before customer or individual one returns it. In case customer or individual one does not agree on other options offered to them then Refund and Return policy will be initiated.

The product must be returned to Myananta Technologies within two weeks of the issuance of the Return Material Authorization (RMA). All products must be unopened and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.


How to Request a Refund

Please write to us at sales@myananta.com to issue Return Material Authorization (RMA).

  • Uninstall the software from your computer or Unsubscribe the services/licenses.
  • You will be asked to confirm that you have uninstalled (unsubscribed) and have not made any copies of the software.
  • We will also ask you to sign an electronic Letter of Destruction as a condition of your return.  
  • Once the return is authorized the product key will be blocked and you will not be able to install or use the software in the future.
  • Eligible returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt, the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, disc and any components (including cables and accessories if any) and the original packaging.
  • Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund. When you make an eligible return, we will credit the full amount, less the original shipping charges, to the original method of payment.
  • Returns for downloadable software products will be honored for fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
Myananta Technologies reserves the right to deny any return or exchange for any reason.

Please note that Myananta Technologies does not permit the return of, or offer refunds, for the following products(services):
  • Download or electronically delivered (emailed) licenses.
  • Upgrade orders
  • Opened software
  • Volume License software orders
  • Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion, including Academic licenses.
  • Products obtained as part of a bundle, with or without training, with other computer services or equipment, or distributed by another company as part of their software compilation.
  • Myananta Technologies fee-based technical support services, training or consulting services, Maintenance Agreements and any other related products and services.
  • Shipping and handling charges in case applicable.
  • Any other services provided by Myananta Technologies.
